My name is Robert. I am an e-commerce professional with over a decade helping small businesses thrive and a passion for helping businesses unlock their full sales potential. I specialize in crafting omnichannel experiences by integrating physical retail storefronts with online stores.

My journey into the world of business and e-commerce began in 2010 when I made my first sale online. By 2014 I had helped a local business launch an online store, and by 2016 I launched my first e-commerce business. Since then, I’ve honed my skills in:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven online sales strategies: I am able to leverage market research, customer insights, and store analytics to create targeted campaigns that drive conversions.

  • Optimizing e-commerce platforms for maximum impact: I'm adept at using platforms such as Shopify, SquareSpace, and eBay to create user-friendly and conversion-focused online stores.

  • Integrating online and offline business aspects: I understand the importance of a unified customer experience and work to seamlessly connect your online and offline business aspects and flows so a customer is able to have the same experience they enjoy instore online.

  • Leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions: I use data-driven decision-making and use analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize your online and physical presence.

My goal is to help businesses bridge the gap between the physical and digital worlds, creating a unified and convenient shopping experience for their customers. I work with businesses that are solely physical or digital as well, and those determining what the best path forward for them may be.
